There's really no need to overanalyze Bitmart's collapse. My former neighbor was a Bitmart executive, and when we used to drink together, he often talked about the chaos within Bitmart and their ridiculous business decisions. Couldn't retain talent, out of touch with the times, and the boss had no heart for running the business. Whether it's Bitmex, Bitmart, or BitMax (seriously, their names are almost identical), it's basically the same issues. It's like the real estate industry—no matter how the market is, every year some developers go bankrupt, and every year some cut ribbons for new projects. Crypto is a very unique industry. The truth is, there's no such thing as "good assets = people will trade." That logic doesn't hold. As long as you provide trading opportunities, users will come. @Pumpfun @flapdotsh or the fallen @Noxa_Fi have all repeatedly proven this point. Instead of worrying about the industry's reasons after the fact, it's better to focus on how to trade in the present. This is the only industry where retail investors still have an asymmetric advantage.
