Kpler said on the 24th that traffic diverged at two Middle East chokepoints on the 23rd. The Strait of Hormuz recorded six transits, down 60% from the prior day; all but one vessel used Iran-designated channels. Bab al-Mandeb saw 49 transits, above earlier levels, including four vessels that switched off their AIS for “dark” passage. Kpler said some ships that had turned back from the Red Sea/Gulf of Aden over security concerns have since resumed and completed transit, while others remain waiting. Shipping companies are continuing to assess regional security; overall activity shows a cautious, selective recovery.(金十数据)
