Speaking of VelvetX, what’s really worth paying attention to isn’t just how it combines smart money tracking, social feeds, AI analysis, and trade execution—it’s how it’s trying to redefine on-chain trading tools. 13M+ refers to indexed wallet addresses, not the number of users. On-chain transactions are inherently public, but wallet profiles, portfolio preferences, research records, and even strategies that users haven’t executed yet—data generated by the platform—clearly shouldn’t be treated as ordinary public information. So what I’m more focused on isn’t how popular the leaderboard is, but whether users can disable tracking, export or delete their data, and ensure that unexecuted strategies are truly protected. Privacy features are still on the roadmap, and this part will determine whether the product can build long-term trust. From a product direction perspective, @Velvet_Capital isn’t just aiming to create a trading interface. Spot trading, derivatives, multi-chain management, and AI Copilot are designed for regular users, while APIs, MCP, and strategy tools are paving the way for developers and AI Agents. In the future, users might only need to set a trading goal, and the Agent will handle data analysis, asset screening, risk management, and path generation, leaving the user to simply confirm execution. By then, the most valuable platforms won’t be the ones with the most features but the ones that can provide reliable data, strategies, and execution capabilities. Velvet is worth keeping an eye on, but there’s no need to overtrade just for incentives. Whether a tool is good or not ultimately depends on whether it can solve real needs.
