Nasdaq-listed Hyperliquid treasury company Hyperion DeFi announced a new HAUS agreement with Skew Technologies, deploying 500,000 staked HYPE tokens (approximately $33.59 million at current prices) to support the launch of institutional-grade perpetual contract products on the Hyperliquid HIP-3 permissionless market. Under the agreement, Hyperion will receive equity in Skew and a share of related market revenues. The HAUS (HYPE Asset Use Service) model allows third parties to borrow HYPE held by Hyperion to meet the 500,000 HYPE collateral requirement for the HIP-3 market launch.
