According to Bloomberg, JPMorgan stated in its latest report that after Strategy adjusted its financing framework, it introduced the risk of potentially selling Bitcoin in the future. This shift means that Strategy, once one of the biggest buyers in the Bitcoin market, could also become a seller, adding new uncertainty to the market. JPMorgan pointed out that Strategy's new policy allows for the sale of some Bitcoin if necessary to pay preferred stock dividends and manage its balance sheet, creating a "two-way capital flow" risk that could have been avoided. The bank estimates that Strategy has purchased approximately $8.2 billion worth of Bitcoin this year, accounting for about 70% of the net inflows into digital assets so far this year, and holds around 4.2% of Bitcoin's total supply. JPMorgan believes that since Strategy's valuation is highly correlated with Bitcoin prices, further increases in uncertainty and volatility in the crypto market could lower the company's valuation and raise the cost of future stock and debt issuances to continue buying Bitcoin. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/jpmorgan-adjusts-bitcoin-strategy-market-uncertainty-63914
