This is the first “funding public goods” proposal I’ve seen that I wouldn’t dismiss immediately. Why it’s interesting: * No hardcoded recipient or mechanism * No hardcoded funding minimum Just: if >50% of validators agree to give up some rewards to fund X, everyone does. (koeppelmann)
