[Castle Securities Believes Inflation Pressure May Force the Fed to Raise Rates Soon] Castle Securities believes that the next major risk facing investors is the tightening of U.S. financial conditions, as the Federal Reserve may 'soon' need to raise interest rates to curb mounting inflationary pressures. Nohshad Shah, the Head of Fixed Income Sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at the firm, wrote in a client report that the large-scale artificial intelligence investment cycle, tightening energy markets, and a strengthening labor market are collectively driving upward risks to economic growth and inflation. 'The Fed's next move is likely to be a rate hike... perhaps very soon,' Shah stated. (Cailian Press)
