[High-Fee Sniping Transaction on ZEST Launch: Trader Pays Approximately $343,000 'Bribe Fee' to Earn $277,000 Profit] Odaily Planet Daily News – According to monitoring by Lookonchain, a trader employed a sniping strategy during the initial launch of the token ZEST, paying approximately 536.88 BNB (around $343,000) as a 'bribe fee' to secure priority transaction execution. The trader subsequently invested approximately $600,000 USDT to purchase about 18.3 million ZEST tokens during the opening phase, with a total cost of around $943,000. Later, the trader sold their entire position, recovering approximately $1.22 million, ultimately achieving a net profit of about $277,000. This incident once again highlights the active presence of MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) and sniping behavior in on-chain transactions during the launch phase of new tokens.
