[Media Reveals Details of Iran's Latest Negotiation Proposal: Three-Phase Plan] According to a report by Jinse Finance on May 4, citing CCTV International News and Al Jazeera's local news this afternoon, Iran's latest negotiation proposal consists of three phases. The first phase includes: 'Transforming the ceasefire into a comprehensive truce within 30 days,' 'Establishing principles for constructing an international mechanism to ensure the conflict does not reignite,' 'Achieving a ceasefire across all regions with both sides committing not to violate the ceasefire, including all of Iran's regional allies and Israel,' 'Gradually lifting the blockade on Iranian ports in a manner consistent with the gradual reopening of the Strait of Hormuz,' 'Iran taking responsibility for clearing naval mines,' 'Adjusting Iran's previous proposals regarding compensation,' and 'The U.S. withdrawing from waters surrounding Iran and halting new troop deployments.' The second phase includes: 'Discussions on the complete cessation of uranium enrichment within a maximum period of 15 years,' and 'After the specified period expires, Iran resuming uranium enrichment activities under a zero-inventory principle.' The proposal opposes dismantling or destroying Iran's nuclear facilities. Regarding existing stockpiles of highly enriched uranium, the proposal suggests transferring them abroad or diluting the enrichment levels. Additionally, the plan addresses the gradual lifting of economic sanctions on Iran. In the third phase, Iran will engage in strategic talks with regional countries to discuss how to establish a security framework covering the entire region. (Dongxin News Agency)
