I mean that’s literally not what it says. They said they’ll only negotiate in the second stage. They’ll “freeze” uranium enrichment for 15 years “excluding” 3.9% “civic level enrichment” but that they won’t dismantle any enrichment facilities. So if we spent $50B and lost major US bases, to get results like that with a ton of other clauses, then that is a horrific outcome.
