[Iranian Official Says Nuclear Issue Is Non-Negotiable]
According to Golden Finance, on April 27, Ibrahim Azizi, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Islamic Parliament, stated in an interview broadcast on April 26 that Iran has no intention of negotiating with the United States, especially on the nuclear issue—because Iran firmly believes it has the right to uranium enrichment, and Iran's uranium enrichment activities must be regarded as an established fact. He explained that even if Iran were to hand over more than 400 kilograms of enriched uranium as demanded by the United States, the issue would not be resolved, and the U.S. would only escalate its demands. He emphasized that Iran's victory is due to "our resistance, our firm stance, and our prevention of the U.S.'s attempts to push its agenda further." (Dongxin News Agency)
