Rave dropped over 20x from its peak. Who else got hurt besides retail investors? For me, these kinds of coins are just tools to stimulate the market— to get other market makers to step up and do their thing, so the market has something to play with. Today, the market is down across the board. Even though I exited all my short-term positions yesterday, the long-term holdings still took quite a hit. Yesterday, TAMA and Lobster followed the rally. I opened short positions, but they got stopped out by trailing stops. Otherwise, I’d be sitting pretty right now. The logic is that these two always seem to follow the rally, without having their own independent trends. With today’s situation, all I can do is take a break.
