Binance clearly prohibits scamming users. Yan Zhiwei is blatantly breaking the rules. We welcome all affected team leaders and KOLs to report him. I will submit everything to Binance's anti-corruption department. Additionally, he withholds fan rebates after promising weekly payouts. He claims rebates will be sent at 8 AM on Sunday, but the rebates from Sunday morning to midnight end up in his own pocket. Otherwise, rebates would be automatically distributed now.
