BlackRock Tokenized Fund BUIDL Adopts Chronicle Verification Solution to Enhance Asset Transparency
PANews|Mar 27, 2026 00:34
According to The Block, BlackRock's tokenized fund BUIDL has introduced Chronicle, an oracle provider, as a new verification solution. As stated in Tuesday's announcement, Chronicle's 'Proof of Reserve' system will provide 'independently verified position-level data,' which can be viewed on the Chronicle dashboard. This data 'continuously proves the availability, timeliness, and integrity of the fund's asset composition.' Chronicle's Proof of Reserve is an institutional-grade oracle layer that directly sources data from custodians and fund managers. BUIDL is currently the largest tokenized fund, managing approximately $1.7 billion in U.S. Treasury bonds, overnight repos, and cash assets.
