During my presentation of the 2026 National Budget, I noted that my decision to forego any salary increase as Prime Minister was not symbolic, it carries implications for past, present, and future holders of this office and must be carefully considered. The Jamaican people have renewed their confidence in this Administration, and with that mandate comes a greater responsibility to lead with prudence, transparency, and purpose.(Andrew Holness)
