So here's how I currently allocate tasks to AIs: Planning: GPT5.4 and Claude4.6 cross-verify multiple times (no coding allowed) Design: Claude4.6 designs + GPT5.4 reviews (no coding allowed) Coding: Claude4.6 completes it in one go, GPT5.4 + Gemini debug Bug fixing: Kimi-cli + Claude Code So far, this seems to be the most efficient method.
