The 12 'Lobster Farming' policies cover areas ranging from foundational support to industry implementation, talent introduction and cultivation, to safety and compliance, with individual support reaching up to 5 million RMB. The draft proposes providing a full subsidy of up to 1 million RMB to local cloud platforms offering free deployment and development toolkits. For OPC projects utilizing intelligent computing platforms within the zone, subsidies will be provided based on actual expenses, with a maximum of 300,000 RMB per year per project.
