[Wuxi High-Tech Zone Releases 'Lobster Farming' 12 Policies, Maximum Subsidy of 5 Million RMB]
According to Jinshi reports, Wuxi High-Tech Zone has released the 'Measures to Support the Integration and Development of OpenClaw and Other Open Source Community Projects with the OPC Community (Draft for Public Comments).' The 12 'Lobster Farming' policies cover areas ranging from foundational support to industry implementation, talent introduction and cultivation, to safety and compliance, with individual support reaching up to 5 million RMB.
The draft proposes providing a full subsidy of up to 1 million RMB to local cloud platforms offering free deployment and development toolkits. For OPC projects utilizing intelligent computing platforms within the zone, subsidies will be provided based on actual expenses, with a maximum of 300,000 RMB per year per project. Additionally, projects developing vertical large models for industrial quality inspection, predictive equipment maintenance, etc., based on OpenClaw and obtaining national certification will be rewarded with 500,000 RMB.
Breakthroughs in key technologies such as embodied intelligent robots and intelligent quality inspection will receive support of up to 5 million RMB. The policies also encourage the establishment of 'AI+Manufacturing' joint open-source laboratories, with a maximum reward of 1 million RMB for leading the development of open-source frameworks or setting industry standards.
