BREAKING: I am proud to say that the first $30 million of Gateway funding has been restored and a federal judge has ordered the Trump Administration to restart payments. This is a positive first step towards resuming construction on the most important infrastructure project in America. Donald Trump must release all the remaining funds for the good of hundreds of thousands of commuters, the thousands of union workers on the job and the health of the entire Northeast economy.
