House Rules Cmte issued a rule along party lines tonight for the SAVE America Act, the GOP voter ID bill which the House plans to debate tomorrow. If rule is approved, House will also given "same-day"/"martial law" authority to consider a possible DHS CR on the same day a rule is issued for it.
