**[Ant Group's AI Company Launches LingBot-Depth Model]** Golden Finance reports that Ant Group's artificial intelligence company has launched the LingBot-Depth model today. According to the introduction, LingBot-Depth is a depth completion model designed for real-world scenarios, aiming to transform incomplete and noise-affected depth sensor data into high-quality, true-scale 3D measurement results. The model addresses critical challenges in robotics and autonomous systems: consumer-grade depth cameras often fail on highly reflective surfaces such as glass, mirrors, and metal, which are precisely the scenarios that demand more reliable depth perception. Instead of treating sensor failure areas as mere noise, the model views them as learnable structural cues. Through the Masked Depth Modeling (MDM) mechanism, it fully leverages visual contextual information from RGB images to intelligently infer and complete missing depth regions. Additionally, an automated data filtering and quality control process has been developed to support large-scale, scalable training.
