427-0: House unanimously voted to repeal a law allowing Senators to sue for $500,000 or more in damages over Jack Smith's Arctic Frost phone records collection. The repeal provision is being added to the DHS spending bill. The lawsuit provision was included in the 3-bill spending package signed into law by President Trump last year.(Craig Caplan)
