Been trying to get people on @variational_io early since nearly a year ago Retroactive points dropped recently, feel like I underperformed tbh But here is why I'm not stopping, And why I know its not too late to position well and what you can do currently to maximize your points: ____________________ Maximize points TLDR - trade coins on lower OI pairs and have a longer hold time 1-3 days Your total OI of that pair + time weighted Platform makes fees from you paying more on the spread for these lower OI pairs so it makes sense Variational takes pride in the number of pairs they offer and their speed in listing newer, more obscure coins which generally have lower OI You can us very low leverage on these types of pairs 1-2x along with a SL to reduce risk and TPs to try and lock in gains more consistently when your away from your computer There might be a bonus multipliers for activity on new listings Your not going to earn much points by just pushing large volume on pairs with small spreads (BCT , ETH) and then have the position closed in a few minutes or hrs ______________ Points valuation TLDR - $15/point (conservative), $30/point for bullish scenario What determines the value of points? - The supply percentage allocated to points holders - Total points in circulation - OMNI's Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) Docs show 50% of the supply for the community, I would assuming it will actually be 20%-25% at TGE which is great so they have lots of ammo for future incentives for new seasons and product features Vari team has also commented multiple times that they "like the HL distribution community approach" Only 3M points dropped retroactively for the past year and ~150k points are being distributed weekly circulation so this would be 9-12M points sine the team has said "Points can run until the end of Q3" - I personally think we'll see 20-25% at TGE, ~750M FDV, and 12M points If team ships faster = less total circulation points, If market is more bullish = higher FDV for token Hope some listened and took action cause who already has or who will sign up with my link earns an additional 12% permanent points boost on all points they earn + Bronze tier for 90 days http://omni.variational.io/?ref=OMNIINSIGHT gVar(Insightful)
