Same logic applies: Gemini could whip up a Xiaohongshu-style UI in three minutes, but that doesn’t make it Xiaohongshu itself. A company that raised $17 million directly copied the UI, index structure, and titles almost entirely without changes—that’s a bit much. Even if they tweaked it a little, the AI company doesn’t seem to have any substance, and on the market side, they’re just relying on pumping token prices to stay relevant.
