Grayscale XRP Spot ETF GXRP Listed on NYSE Today

On November 24, Grayscale Investments (Grayscale) announced that the Grayscale XRP Spot ETF (Ticker: GXRP) has begun trading as an ETP on the NYSE Arca. Grayscale stated that GXRP is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and therefore is not subject to the same regulations and protections as ETFs and mutual funds registered under the 1940 Act. Investing in GXRP carries significant risks, including potential loss of principal. GXRP holds XRP, but investing in GXRP is not a direct investment in XRP.
