FYI, I don't care which moving averages you use.
Pick any length you want.
Pick the SMA or EMA.
There's a good chance that Bitcoin (or any crypto) is trading below it.
Why is that a concern?
Because assets in uptrends trade above their moving averages.
So if we're trading below a variety of moving averages, the implication is that we're in a downtrend.
And downtrends are typically when asset holders get poorer, not richer.
Recognizing that basic fact is important...
Just as it will be important to recognize the bullish signals when Bitcoin (and crypto) get above their respective moving averages and re-establish their uptrends.
As a trend-follower, there's a time to be aggressive.
And there's a time to be focused on survival.(Caleb Franzen)
