Got roasted for a week, and @stable's partner @hourglasshq has revised the rules for the third time— To prevent small-scale participants from being diluted, the first 1000u of each deposit will be allocated 100%, while the portion exceeding that will be allocated at a 45% rate. In other words, those depositing 1000u minimum are in for a treat! Currently, qualifying deposits total 1.1 billion u, and ultimately 500 million u will be accepted.
