Bitcoin has fallen below $100000, and many people say that the bear bull market is now very clear! No matter what market it is, there is a kind of money that I am not good at making, and I would choose to take a break. Trading is not just for a day or two! Instead, you can calm down and do something! Follow the dean to settle down and learn together!
I find that when the market is sluggish, it is actually the best time to read. Others are sighing over there, while I am secretly upgrading my cognitive system here. This feeling is particularly reassuring, you know you are accumulating strength for the future.
The ups and downs of the market are too normal, isn't life the same? Instead of being led by emotions, it's better to treat this period of fluctuation as a golden time for self-improvement. I have developed a habit now that whenever the market is not good, I force myself to read more books and turn anxiety into concrete actions. Occasionally play games to relax!
Really, bear market is the best sowing season. What I am doing every day now;
Firstly, read a book without hesitation for an hour. It doesn't necessarily have to be investment related, I read history, psychology, and biography. With a wider range of knowledge, there are naturally more perspectives to look at problems.
Secondly, regularly review your investment logic. When the market is good, it's easy to get hot headed, but now it's a good time to calmly test whether one's judgment is reliable or not.
I particularly admire Buffett and Charlie Munger. Isn't it because they have been reading and thinking all along that they have been able to cross so many bull and bear roads? What reason do we have to be lazy when the old guys are so good and still read books every day?
To be honest, I am actually looking forward to such a period of adjustment now. When the next market trend comes, I want to become someone with a clear plan in mind and a path ahead. Not by luck, but by the knowledge accumulated during these quiet days.
Market conditions are like weather, with sunshine and rain, but studying is like storing grain, ensuring harvest in droughts and floods. Repair your inner strength during low periods, and only when the opportunity arises can you wield your sword beautifully.
Anyway, I have figured it out: investing until the end is actually investing in one's own cognition. The most reliable investment strategy is to broaden one's horizons through reading and prove value through time.
