Wu Blockchain has learned that Kraken announced a partnership with network service provider BSO to launch the Tokyo–London ultra-low latency route (ULL Route), available to institutional clients and market makers. This private connection offers round-trip latency of less than 140 milliseconds, approximately 60–80 milliseconds faster than regular networks, supporting cross-market arbitrage, hedging, and liquidity strategies.
