This is actually a fantastic reason for people to run open-source models locally. And the pain of medical, legal or financial problems will be a big enough motivator. If I'm OpenAI, it would be a top priority for me to prevent that and find a way to wrap their Chatgpt advice in a no-liability wrapper(Hasu⚡️🤖)
