Capital B Completes Capital Increase and Acquires 551 Bitcoins, Total Holdings Reach 2,800 Coins

French publicly listed company Capital B announced the completion of two rounds of capital increase totaling €58.1 million, subscribed by Adam Back and institutional investors, primarily used to acquire 551 Bitcoins. Following this acquisition, the company's total Bitcoin holdings have increased to 2,800 coins, with a total value of approximately €261 million and an average purchase price of €93,205 per coin. As of now, the company's Bitcoin holding yield year-to-date has reached 1,651.2%, with a quarterly yield of 27.8%. Notably, this capital increase did not involve the issuance of new diluted shares, and all Bitcoin assets are managed by Swiss custodian Taurus.
