Quai Network Achieves Multi-Chain Integration via Wormhole, QUAI/$QI Supports Native Cross-Chain Transfers

According to official announcements, Quai Network has officially integrated with Wormhole. Quai will leverage Wormhole's core messaging layer to enable seamless asset transfers from over 40 chains to its scalable PoW ecosystem. Additionally, through Wormhole's NTT (Native Token Transfers) standard, $QI and QUAI will achieve multi-chain native deployment.
Quai is the world's first energy-based monetary system network, composed of sharded EVM-compatible blockchains. It employs the innovative Proof-of-Entropy-Minima (PoEM) consensus mechanism, claiming to achieve up to 255,000 TPS without compromising decentralization. QUAI serves as the native token, while $QI is a decentralized "energy dollar," designed to create a stable, low-cost environment for use cases such as payments, DeFi, SocialFi, and NFTs.
Wormhole NTT (Native Token Transfers) is an open and composable multi-chain native token transfer standard. It enables token migration across chains without relying on traditional cross-chain liquidity pools, preserving token metadata and supply characteristics while reducing fees and operational complexity.
This integration marks a significant enhancement in ecosystem interoperability: users will be able to use QUAI and $QI more conveniently across more mainstream chains, developers can build dApps in multi-chain environments using native tokens, reducing the burden of bridging and liquidity management, and ecosystem applications will more easily integrate with existing wallets and infrastructure. This will drive Quai's usability and adoption, expanding its influence across the broader crypto ecosystem.
