House next week plans to consider 3 resolutions to overturn Biden-era BLM rules limiting oil and gas development or coal leasing on public lands. All 3 were scheduled for floor debate by GOP leaders before the summer recess but never made it out of the Rules Cmte. due to calls for votes to release the Epstein files.
