Solana Joint Creation evades litigation process delivery nine times

Anatoly Yakovenko, co-founder of Solana Labs, has successfully evaded the Pump Fun lawsuit against him nine times. The lawsuit accuses him of participating in fraudulent activities on the Moneyband platform. Law firms Burwick Law and Wolf Popper have revised their litigation documents to include Solana, Jito, and several executives as defendants, but have yet to successfully deliver the lawsuit.
