Bitcoin ETF issuer WisdomTree raises $400 million through convertible senior notes issuance

According to Golden Finance, WisdomTree, the issuer of Bitcoin exchange traded funds, announced the issuance of convertible senior notes due in 2030 to qualified institutional buyers, aiming to raise a total of $400 million in funds. WisdomTree will also grant initial buyers of the notes the option to purchase up to $60 million in principal, with some of the funds intended for the acquisition of Ceres Partners and general corporate purposes.
