Animoca Brands and its subsidiaries make strategic investments in Cool Cats Group

After the investment is completed, Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group will own a majority stake in Cool Cats Group. Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group aim to promote innovation and growth, enhance community engagement, and explore new market opportunities for Cool Cats in the rapidly growing NFT field. After the investment is completed, Animoca Brands will appoint two new board members to drive the development of Cool Cats: Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, and Kenneth Shek, project leader of Mockaverse and Moca Network.
