According to Golden Finance, Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, publicly denied the company's involvement in negative reports against Trump's World Liberty Financial project and Binance on social platform X. Previously, crypto analyst Matt Wallace claimed that there was evidence to suggest that Coinbase was the anonymous source of these "offensive reports" and hinted that this may be related to the possibility of former Binance CEO Zhao Changpeng receiving amnesty. Grewal responded, "This is purely false information.
