According to police reports, a cryptocurrency investor has been accused of kidnapping a former Italian business partner and subjecting the victim to severe abuse in a luxury townhouse in New York City, including being tied up with wires, having his feet soaked in water and electrocuted, being whipped with a handgun, forced to use cocaine, and threatened with dismemberment by a chainsaw. He was subjected to two weeks of torture and other twisted methods to obtain the cryptocurrency password they wanted.
