[JPMorgan: Apple HomeView priced at $299, service add-ons open new opportunities] Deep Tide TechFlow reports, according to Trend Research, JPMorgan's October 13, 2026 research note states that Apple HomeView is priced at $299 and will be released on November 13. Apple TV 4K is priced at $299, HomePod mini 2 is priced at $149, and Apple Home Collection accessories will be available starting December. Cameras and thermostats start at $199.95, while smart locks are priced at $349.95. HomeView will not initially enter the EU market due to Siri AI being unavailable on iOS in the EU. JPMorgan believes HomeView opens a new hardware category, with financial opportunities stemming from incremental hardware revenue, service add-ons, and ecosystem monetization. iCloud+ subscriptions and demand for Apple home hubs are the primary drivers. The firm maintains an overweight rating with a target price of $360, representing a 5.6% upside compared to the October 12 closing price of $340.97.
