On Aptos, your address comes from a hash of your key, not the key itself. The public key isn't revealed onchain until you first sign a transaction.
And the key behind an account can be rotated without changing the address or moving assets.
Post-quantum signatures (AIP-137) are designed to fit that same model, with no address change or asset migration if the feature is approved by a governance vote.
