Previously, Bank of America had been in discussions to serve as the global coordinator for its Hong Kong IPO but ultimately was not formally appointed. Reportedly, Moonshot AI plans to go public in Hong Kong as early as the first quarter of 2027, with a potential fundraising scale of up to $5 billion. Currently, Goldman Sachs is the only U.S. bank to have secured a role in the IPO project and will serve as a listing sponsor alongside CICC and Deutsche Bank. (Bloomberg)
