[Privy, a Stripe subsidiary, integrates with XRP Ledger, enabling developers to incorporate XRPL wallets into applications] According to The Block, Ripple has announced a partnership with Privy, a wallet infrastructure company under Stripe, to add support for XRP Ledger (XRPL) on the Privy developer platform. With this integration, developers can create and manage XRPL wallets, sign transactions, and support XRP, Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin, as well as other assets issued on the XRPL network, without the need to build wallet infrastructure themselves. Additionally, Privy stated that the integration will also support XRPL wallets managed by applications, allowing AI agents to hold funds and execute payment operations, while being compatible with Coinbase's x402 payment protocol. In the future, Privy plans to further introduce features such as transaction strategy controls and gas fee subsidization.
