[Number of On-Chain Security Incidents Hits Record High Month by Month, Blockaid Co-Founder Warns AI Agents Will Exacerbate Risks] Odaily Planet Daily News: Blockaid Co-Founder Ido Ben-Natan stated that since the release of the mid-year report in August, the number of on-chain cybersecurity incidents has continued to hit record highs month by month. Attackers, driven by profit motives, find attacking on-chain infrastructure to yield the highest returns for hackers. With the increasing availability of funds callable by AI agents, this trend is expected to become even more severe. Ben-Natan also mentioned that Blockaid is currently experiencing one of its busiest periods since its establishment, partly due to the significant rise in hacking incidents. Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik predicts that by 2028, trading crypto assets through AI agents rather than manually clicking on interfaces will become the norm.
