[Russian Deputy Prime Minister: Russia and the U.S. Have Begun Diesel Trade Negotiations] According to a report by Jinse Finance, on October 13, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak stated that Russian and American companies have begun negotiations on diesel supply transactions. Novak also revealed that in the first nine months of 2026, Russia supplied energy products worth $21.3 billion to Europe. Novak mentioned that Russia might supply 3.5 million tons of diesel per month to the global market in the future, returning to previous levels. He noted that increasing diesel supply from Russia would help partially balance global market supply and demand. Novak reiterated that Russia's domestic diesel market would not be affected by the resumption of exports.
