There are really only 2 short term scenarios for BTC
Either we derisk into the midterms and establish a low before, or we rally into the midterms and derisk afterwards.
Let’s just say bulls really don’t want to lose 80K. If they do, I’m afraid we could see a deeper correction towards 76K-78K. That’s not my preferred scenario, I’m looking for a larger correction from the 90Ks back into the low 80s.
A move to 76K would also mean round tripping my 76K long, which I’m still holding at full size. The best case scenario for bulls from here is to start pushing higher into the midterms, break out of the range and make a new high, then see the classic post midterm derisking.
For that scenario to play out, BTC needs to start bouncing soon.
If BTC does dip below 80K, I’ll be looking to add to my spot position, increase my longs and target a move towards 95K and beyond.
