Poland deployed 24,000 police officers to 15,000 schools across the country after two stabbing attacks. 🇵🇱 On October 7, a 19-year-old student attacked a school in Ostroleka in northeastern Poland, wounding 10 people including himself. The following day, a 15-year-old wearing a helmet-mounted camera entered the school in northeast of Warsaw and fatally stabbed a 37 year old woman. The helmet mounted camera worn by the 15-year old attacker is the detail that should disturb people most. This suggests that he wanted to do more than just carry out an attack; he wanted to record it and share online. It points to a wider influences beyond local anger, which is extremely concerning.
