Foresight News reports that Bybit has officially launched Stocks. Eligible users can trade over 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs through Bybit, covering a variety of popular U.S. stocks and ETF assets. Bybit users who have completed KYC verification and are located in permitted regions can directly use USDC to buy and sell supported U.S. stocks and ETFs. Unlike price derivatives or synthetic instruments, Stocks provides Bybit users with greater economic rights to securities assets. The main features currently available on Stocks include: over 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, with eligible securities supporting fractional share trading; trading with USDC, directly funded from Bybit accounts; support for corporate actions, including cash dividends, stock dividends, and stock splits; 24/5 trading, covering pre-market, regular market, and post-market hours for U.S. stocks (depending on product availability); zero commission for eligible stock trades. Eligible position holders can obtain corresponding economic rights. Cash dividends will be converted from USD to USDC and deposited into the Unified Trading Account (UTA), while stock dividends will be directly reflected in users' holdings. Voting rights are planned for introduction in subsequent phases. User orders will be routed through Bybit's regulated brokerage infrastructure and executed by U.S. self-clearing broker Alpaca, with the underlying securities custodied by Alpaca. Bybit Stocks services are provided by Infra Capital Limited, a company regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission.
