THE BLOCK: Crypto investment manager 3iQ has received in-principle approval from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) for a Category 4 license via its UAE entity. Last year, 3iQ partnered with UAE-based Further Asset Management to launch a joint fund with $100 million in seed capital.
