[Prince Group Financial Chief Thet Li's £170 Million London Mansion and Luxury Watches Frozen] According to Golden Finance, on October 12, the investigation into assets related to Cambodia's Prince Group, suspected of transnational online fraud and money laundering, has further unfolded in the UK. Following the freezing of multiple London mansions belonging to the group's founder Chen Zhi and the alleged 'second-in-command' Hu Xiaowei, another key figure, Thet Li, has had his London mansion and luxury watches worth over £10 million frozen by the UK authorities. Thet Li, 39, is originally from Beijing. In October 2025, when the U.S. Treasury Department announced sanctions against Prince Group and its affiliates, Thet Li was identified as a close associate of Chen Zhi and was alleged to be the financial chief responsible for the group's illegal fund operations, including managing illicit cash flows and large-scale cash smuggling. On March 26, 2026, the UK government further added Thet Li to its global sanctions list, imposing asset freezes, travel bans, and restrictions on his director qualifications. UK sanction documents list his nationality as belonging to six countries: China, Cambodia, Cyprus, Vanuatu, Saint Lucia, and Saint Kitts and Nevis. In addition to Thet Li, his English name is also recorded as Tian Li.
