The Perak State Police Chief stated that on the afternoon of October 9, the victim discovered that a portion of the crypto assets in his digital wallet had been transferred without his knowledge or consent. Preliminary investigations revealed that the transaction was conducted via the blockchain network. The police are currently working with the Commercial Crime Investigation Department's cryptocurrency task force to trace the flow of funds and investigate the individuals involved.
