NEAR Treasury Company SVRN Acquires Infrastructure Platform FastNEAR

According to an official announcement, NEAR Treasury Company SVRN has completed the acquisition of the NEAR infrastructure platform FastNEAR. Following the transaction, FastNEAR has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SVRN, and its co-founders, Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis, have also joined the SVRN team. Public information reveals that FastNEAR is a high-performance RPC infrastructure service provider supporting the operation of NEAR applications. It provides foundational support for most of NEAR's data layer, with services covering server clusters for handling network read and write operations, archival infrastructure for storing complete transaction histories, and NEARDATA, a historical data processing source for developers.
